First Fill Out An Application
Start by clicking on the "Get A Loan" tab above. Beyond that we'll need copies of letter of employment & pay stubs. Click here for a list of documents you will need to collect in order to get a mortgage.>

Examine The File
Once we have your application, we enter all the information to see how best we can match your needs with different lender products.
|

Approval
Once the right product is selected, it is submitted to that lender for approval. They do their underwriting and provide us with a commitment. We meet the conditions and sign the commitment.
